Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs, I often thought about owning my own business, but didn't know what type of business that might be. As a young teenager watching Cupcake Wars, I developed an interest in baking. While in high school and acting on this interest, I developed a philanthropic project called Cookies for a Cause in which I baked cookies and donated the proceeds to numerous local charitable organizations and individuals in need, donating well over $1,000 in just a few months. Bakery 323 evolved from that in 2021 during my senior year at Ohio University majoring in Business Entrepreneurship, when I started baking at the request of family and friends. Bakery 323 literally created itself and grew very quickly after customers started tasting my creations.

The name Bakery 323 comes from my favorite Bible verse, Colossians 3:23--"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters." My goal with this business is to provide my customers with a quality product that they will enjoy during special celebrations or just because life is better with cupcakes. And every day is a cupcake day.
